Vice President
Growth & Outreach
Ankita is a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South who enjoys studying history and writing. She has been a GIFTS mentor for five sessions and is currently the Vice President of Growth and Outreach. As Senior News Editor of the school newspaper and Co-Officer of the Journalism Club, she is able to satisfy her love for writing while using page layout and website technology. She is a media director in the school robotics team The MidKnight Inventors Team 1923, helping spread the message of FIRST through social media and online sources. When she is not rewatching episodes of Sherlock on Netflix, you will find her playing with her dog or going on a walk with her family. She is passionate about giving girls an opportunity to explore their interests wholeheartedly, and she hopes to pursue law as a career.
President
A senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South, Vonesha (Esha) is an artist and an avid robot competitor. As an Aspirations in technology leader and SWENext president, she’s started several STEM clubs and workshops for underrepresented girls with $45.5K grants from NCWIT and other funders. By partnering with various youth local non-profit organizations and underserved communities in South and Central Jersey, she creates inclusive spaces for diverse groups of K-12 girls and allows them to explore their interests and passions in computing. As the captain of outreach in the school Robotics team 1923 The MidKnight Inventors, she is actively working to promote FIRST. Selected as the Senior Editor-In-Chief of the school yearbook, she puts her passion for art and computers together. In her free time, you will find her reading a book or sketching. She enjoys eating cinnamon sticks and learning new coding languages. She aspires to major in AI and hopes that her initiative will inspire other girls to discover their passions.

Program Logistics
Ishita is a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South who is passionate about her love for computer programming. She has been a GIFTS mentor for five sessions and is currently the Vice President of Program Logistics. Ishita enjoys challenging herself with different programs. She has been part of the school district Robotics team, The Midknight Inventors Team 1923, for the past 2 years. Outside of school, Ishita is a leader at her job at the Kumon Center, tutoring kids in the subject of Math and English and working at the front desk. Through many volunteering experiences, she has accumulated key skills in problem solving and communication. At home, she enjoys drawing and playing the piano. As a GIFTS mentor, Ishita hopes to help teach girls programming and instigate their love for STEM. In the future, she hopes to pursue computers as a career.

Curriculum Development
Sanya is a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South who has completed multiple AP-level courses in computer science. She has been a GIFTS mentor for four sessions and is currently the Vice President of Curriculum Development. Sanya considers herself an adventurous person, who loves to experiment with different hobbies and interests. Not only has she been both learning and teaching Bhangra, an Indian dance, for the past 4 years, but she also tutors children at the Kumon Center in both Math and English. Along with that, she has also tried her hand at the school district fencing varsity team, Robotics - once with a rookie team and once with the school district team - and even piano. At home, however, Sanya spends her time listening to music, reading, or watching movies, specifically science fiction movies.

Shriya is a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South who enjoys music and poetry. She has been a GIFTS mentor for six sessions and she is currently the Vice President of Communications. Shriya was the Senior Sports Editor and the Managing Editor and now is the Editor-in-Chief for the school newspaper. Her love for management continues with her position as the fencing team Manager. She is also a part of the school district's robotics team, The MidKnight Inventors Team 1923. During her free time, Shriya likes to read and make creative spreads for the newspaper. She spends most of her time learning about new skincare, listening to music, and obsessing over Edgar Allan Poe. Shriya hopes to work in the English and Business field.

Public Relations
Urvi is a senior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South and loves learning about world history. She has been a GIFTS mentor for three sessions, and is currently the Vice President of Public Relations. Her interest in STEM began 8 years ago, and she has been a part of the FIRST Robotics program since. Currently, Urvi is the Awards Captain of her district’s robotics team - The MidKnight Inventors - where she strives to create connections with her local community and beyond. She’s also passionate about dance, and has been learning an Indian classical dance form, Kathak, for the past 9 years. In her free time, Urvi enjoys reading, traveling and hanging out with her friends. In the future Urvi hopes to pursue a career in economics and continue to work with young students to aid them in finding their interests.
Lead Mentor
Rashi is a college freshman at Northeastern University who loves art/creativity and plans to pursue something within the engineering field. She has been a GIFTS mentor for three sessions and is a lead mentor. Rashi has been a part of the FIRST robotics program for 7 years, three of which she was on the FRC team The Midknight Inventors (1923), and was a media director, spreading the message of FIRST through social media. She has also had a lot of experience helping younger students in STEM, as she has mentored several Jr.FLL and FLL robotics teams. In her free time, Rashi loves to draw, read, and watch netflix or youtube. In the future Rashi hopes to work in a field that combines her passions for both art and engineering.
Lead Mentor
Swetha is a junior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South and is on her way for more advanced courses in the Art and Design field. She has been a GIFTS mentor for five sessions and currently implementing more design related materials for The program. Swetha’s love for the arts continues in school, where she participates in numerous art and design competitions. She is currently in a leadership role in High School South’s Literary and Visual Arts Magazine - where some of her works are showcased in. Outside of school, Swetha draws and comes up with new ideas for new showcases. During her freetime, Swetha relaxes in any way she can - anywhere from mindless sketching to catching up on a new show. In the future, Swetha hopes to pursue graphic design.
