About
We create platforms for girls in grades K-12 to explore different aspects of STEAM, including computer science, web development, and engineering.
We are passionate about creating a world of learning experiences that allow students to truly understand how their initiatives and actions can raise awareness for the community and empower others.

What We Do
Workshops
We organize a variety of hands-on workshops to allow students to immerse themselves in experiences with different aspects of STEAM. These interactive activities encourage students to build an in-depth understanding of different topics and challenge themselves with concepts outside of what may be formally covered during the session.
STEAM in the real world
Through various field trips, students are exposed to the workings of a STEAM career. Students are able to explore research labs at universities and industry offices to learn about current initiatives and how technology is evolving and changing before their eyes. Students will also explore what college and careers in computer science are all about, allowing them to leverage technology for their own interests, whether it be in engineering, finance, medicine, fashion, or business. This empowers girls to continue to build confidence and have a foundation needed to pursue careers in technical fields.
Sisterhood
There is a large disparity in the amount of women in STEAM compared to men, especially in technology fields. â…• of people who graduate with engineering degrees are women and women only make up around 10% of the engineering workforce. At the same time, around 75% of girls are interested in computer science. By creating an environment for girls to dive into STEAM topics without hesitation or fear of failure, we strive to foster a sense of passion and empowerment, with the goal of closing the gender gap in STEAM.
Sharing ideas
Each session, students get an opportunity to share their work and present their innovations to their peers and the public. This emphasizes a business-oriented approach to STEAM that highlights the use of technology for social good.
